Print versionOn the 1st of January 2016, long time Managing Director of Vika Wood, Andris Krecers has retired and Haralds Kronbergs taken over the duties of Managing Director. Haralds Kronbergs has worked as Production Manager at Vika Wood since 1996, informs BC from company.

Andris Krecers served as Managing Director of Vika Wood for 20 years and he built Vika Wood to be one of the most modern and efficient sawmills in Northern Europe. We thank him for all his efforts and wish him all the best during his relaxing retirement, says Sampsa Auvinen, CEO of Norvik Timber Industries.

Vika Wood is the largest sawmill in the Baltic region with an annual production of 270 000 m3 of sawn pine and spruce. The production is sold globally. Vika Wood is part of Norvik.
