BC, Tallinn, 16.11.2015.Print version
The Tallinn sock factory of the Finnish knitwear manufacturer Nanso Group has changed hands in a management buyout and will be renamed Reval Sock Company, LETA/Postimees Online reports.

The agreement was signed at the beginning of October and the parties have agreed to not disclose the price of the transaction, the paper says.

Nanso Group initially planned to close the factory this fall and lay off 66 workers due to decreased sales.

The sock factory has been operating in northern Tallinn for 16 years.
