U.S. investor Archer becomes Norvik bankas hareholder

Print versionU.S. investment banker Devon Dodson Archer yesterday became a shareholder in Norvik banka. The bank's shares capital has increased EUR 8 million thanks to an investment by the investment company Archer Diversified Investments, LLC, writes LETA.

Archer now owns 6.1021 percent of Norvik banka shares, as the bank informed LETA.
Norvik banka attracted the new investor with the aim to strengthen the bank's performance and presence on foreign markets.
Archer plans on making another EUR 8 million investment in Norvik banka by the end of 2016, taking into account Norvik banka's financial indicators and if permitted by the financial regulator.
Norvik banka CEO Oliver Ronald Bramwell says that the new shareholder will help strengthen the bank's positions and presence on international markets.
