In H1, sales of Lithuanian dairy Vilkyskiu Pienine reduced by 30%

Print versionThe consolidated unaudited sales revenues of Vilkyskiu Pienine AB group for the first six months of 2015 amounted to EUR 39.1 million and decreased by 30% comparing to the same period last year, cites LETA/ELTA.

Sales revenues decreased because of fall in dairy product prices on the global market, decrease in demand and the subsequent embargo introduced by the Russian Federation, the dairy said.
The consolidated unaudited net profit for the first six months of 2015 was EUR 294,000, while the net profit for the six months of 2014 was EUR 1.1 million.
