Estonian Air number of passengers has increased by 5.5% in 2015

Print versionIn the first five months of 2015, Estonia's national carrier Estonian Air carried altogether 213,398 passengers, and compared with the same period in 2014, the number of passengers increased by 5.5%, Public Broadcasting reports, writes LETA.

In May 2015, Estonian Air carried 53,378 passengers, and the increase was 9% compared with last year.
"The number of passengers of Estonian Air has shown steady growth this year, similar to the pace of growth in the Tallinn Airport as a whole," said a member of the board of Estonian Air Indrek Randveer.
In the first five months, 4,826 flights took place, which is 11.9% more than in the same period last year. In May, 1,114 flights took place, which is 10% more than last year.
