Each type of gambling was imposed different requirements but all advertisements have to contain a warning in the future.

Gambling advertising is permitted from June when the gambling organiser has a permit from the Customs and Tax Board. However, certain limitations apply to such advertising.

As the requirements for publishing advertising of gaming, toto, games of skill and lotteries differ significantly, for advertising permissibility each case has to be assessed separately.

Advertising of gambling cannot contain a call to participate in gambling, or visit the gambling venue or information which may give the impression that gambling increases social success.

Advertising of gambling shall include the warning: "Attention! This is gambling advertising. Gambling is not the appropriate way to solve financial problems. Learn the rules and behave responsibly! "

An organizer of gambling is forbidden to reveal its trademark near childcare and educational institutions, on children's websites and TV and radio shows mainly meant for kids.
