SmartAD is a company based on Estonian capital that develops a unique Internet advertising technology and offers targeted advertising solutions on the Internet in all three Baltic countries. In 2014, the company had a turnover of nearly one million euros and it employs 12 people.
TV3's parent company Modern Times Group (MTG) Estonia head Priit Leito said that the acquisition of SmartAD is part of a broader strategy of TV3 and MTG and an important step in the growing Internet advertising market.
