Print versionThe most popular cigarette brand in Latvia in 2014 was ''Philip Morris'', which overtook ''Winston'' brand cigarettes as the most popular cigarettes in Latvian in 2014, according to information from the State Revenue Service, cites LETA.

The third most popular cigarette brand in Latvia last year was ''Marlboro'', followed by ''More'', ''Chesterfield'', ''Monte Carlo'', ''L&M'', ''Caines'', ''Wall Street'' and ''Kent''.
Excise tax revenue from tobacco products last year reached EUR 166.2 million, which is by EUR 15.2 million or 10% more than in 2013, the State Revenue Service informs.
