Jakeliunas on Tuesday morning told the reporters at the Government that he understood very well that the proposal of putting ceiling to the SoDra contributions might not be welcomed by the current Government.
However, the expert says that the introduction of this kind of ceiling could prompt more large companies to operate in Lithuania.
The PM's advisor admitted that all proposals by the working group could cost over a billion of litas (EUR 290 million) to the state budget.
