Right after Midsummer „Ligo!" celebration at the end of June 2008, the prosecutor's office has lifted the seizure of Ventspils Mayor Aivars Lembergs' wife Inara and daughter Liga's property, the newspaper Neatkariga reports today, referring to several sources, which are not interrelated.

For example, according to the Registry of Enterprises' Lursoft data, the seizure of capital shares, owned by L. Lemberga at the companies LSF Holdings (25%) and Baltimar VT (8.71% ) has been lifted. According to Lursoft, nor L.Lemberga, neither I. Lemberga have property rights in any other enterprises.

LSF Holdings Chairman of the Board Edgars Jansons confirmed the newspaper that last week that he received a number of copies of decrees, issued by the prosecutors' office that ordered lifting the the seizure of L. Lemberga's capital shares at LSF Holdings and also the seizure of LSF Holdings subsidiary companies – Amberholdings Liepaja, Ventplac, LSF Trans, Ostas flotes, EHD, Baltic Juice Terminal, Finako and Real Estate projects development center.

Lursoft data reveals that also the seizure on the capital shares of these companies' subsidiaries', for example, Baltijas Ekspersis and Nord Natie terminals, has been lifted.

According to Lursoft, previously not only L. Lemberga's capital shares in the companies mentioned were seized, but also her beneficiary rights. For example, a notification by company Ostas flote announces that the seizure of "16.71% of beneficiary rights, owned by L. Lemberga" has been lifted.

Newspaper Neatkariga foresees discussions in Aivars Lembergs' case regarding the "beneficiary rights" – on how they differ from owner's rights, if these rights have to be reported, etc.

The Land Register data shows that the seizure has been lifted also to several real estate properties, owned by the Lembergs family.
