The VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions, manages the Lithuanian visa application center.

According to Ambassador of Lithuania to China Ina Marciulionyte, the opening of the center testifies to the increasingly intensifying bilateral relations between Lithuania and China.

"People-to-people connections are fundamental in enhancing cooperation between our countries and strengthening economic, political and cultural ties. In this context, visa processing must be as applicant-friendly as possible,” the ambassador said.

Diplomats, journalists, China’s business community and representatives of VFS Global attended the opening ceremony.

The VFS Lithuania Visa Application Center in Chaoyang District will accept application on Monday to Friday and will be closed on Lithuanian public holidays.
