Mark Luts to buy Estonian USS Security

Print versionEstonian security services businessman Mark Luts who has done business in Russia has signed an agreement according to which he is to buy the security services company USS Security AS from Urmas Soorumaa and Indrek Sepp, reports LETA/BNS.

"Luts has bought all shares and while the transaction is still not approved, contracts have been signed," Sepp told BNS. The sides will not disclose the price of the transaction, but everybody was happy, he added.
According to Sepp, Luts expressed an interest to buy USS Security.
The company will continue as usual and Luts is not planning to make big changes, Sepp said.
USS Security AS last year earned 15.2 million euros of revenue and produced 94,000 euros of loss. The company's workforce was 1,279 people and wage expenditure amounted to 8.6 million euros. Soorumaa owns 56.1% of the company and Sepp 37.18%.
