Answer: Advertising is allowed only on websites related to gambling games. According to Section 41 of the Law on gambling games and lotteries it is forbidden to advertise gambling outside the gambling places. At gambling places it is allowed to specify the name of the place and trademark registered by the organizer of gambling games. In the event such advertisement will be located in some other place, a competent authority may find it a breach of the said law and violating persons may be subject to administrative liability.
