Answer: According to Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal in order to withdraw from:
1) a
contract entered into outside the permanent location of sale or provision of
services;
2) a distance contract;
A
consumer shall have a period of 14 calendar days in which to exercise the right
of withdrawal.
The manufacturer, trader
or service provider has a duty within 30 days after the day of receipt of the
written withdrawal of the consumer, to repay the consumer the amount of money,
which has been paid for the goods, article or services up to the time of
termination of the contract.
