Grandson of Estonia's Communist boss appointed head of Russian presidential administration

Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Sergei Ivanov from the position of head of the presidential administration and appointed Anton Vaino in his stead, the Kremlin press service said on Friday. Ivanov was appointed the president's special envoy on nature protection, environment and transport issues, reports LETA/BNS according to Russian Interfax information
Anton Vaino was born in Tallinn in 1972. His grandfather, Karl Vaino, was first secretary of the Communist Party of Estonia from 1978-1988.
