Estonian real estate companies plan to boost turnover and increase staff

Print versionAccording to a survey carried out by the Association of Real Estate Companies (AREC), enterprises in the sector are planning for an increase in sales and in staff during the next six months in 2014 and 2015, writes Äripäev.ee/LETA.

The poll organised by the organisation was taken by 87 real estate entrepreneurs, and more than half of them predicted increase in turnover for the next six months.
Less than ten per cent of respondents predicted decline in turnover.
Companies are moderately optimistic about the prospects on the real estate market; majority of predictions involved stabilising prices and stabilising number of transactions.
