Drug wholesaler Recipe Plus turns over EUR 131.11 million in 2013

The company's turnover has increased 3 percent as compared to 2012, when the company's turnover was EUR 127.34 million. Meanwhile, the company's profit reached EUR 10.5 million, which is almost 2 percent less than in 2012, when the profit was EUR 10.77 million.
The company's management report indicates that in 2013, Recipe Plus focused on international trade and improving the efficiency of management, cost optimization and increasing the range of the company's products.
In 2013, Recipe Plus added several new cosmetic brands to its product range, as well as new children's food and food supplement types.
The company plans to maintain a strong position in Latvian pharmacy market. According to the State Agency of Medicines, Recipe Plus market share in Latvia is 31 percent.
In evaluating last year's performance, Recipe Plus has made a decision to distribute its profit in dividends.
Recipe Plus was founded in 1995 and is owned by the holding company Repharm. Its share capital is EUR 1,643,416. Recipe Plus owns 750 drugstores and more than 100 medical establishments in Latvia.
