Turnover of Lithuanian Apranga increased by 18.4% in June y-o-y

The retail turnover (including VAT) of the Apranga Group reached LTL 50.5 million (EUR 14.6 million) in June 2014, and has increased 18.4% in comparison to June 2013, said the company in a statement, cites LETA/ELTA.

The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga Group amounted to LTL 145.8 million (EUR 42.2 million) in 2nd quarter 2014 or by 9.0% more than in 2013.

 

The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga Group was LTL 278.8 million (EUR 80.7 million) in January through June 2014 or 10.6% more than in 2013.

 

In January through June 2014 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in Lithuania was LTL 169.8 million (EUR 49.2 million), and increased 5.4% year-on-year.

 

In 1st half 2014 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in Latvia amounted to LTL 72.7 million (EUR 21.0 million), and increased 21.3% year-on-year.

 

In 1st half 2014 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in Estonia was LTL 36.3 million (EUR 10.5 million), and increased 16.4% year-on-year.

 

Currently Apranga Group operates the chain of 157 stores covering an area of 71.5 thousand sq. m. The stores area increased by 5.9% during the year.

 

During the six months of 2014 Apranga Group opened 13, reconstructed 4, and closed 4 stores.

 

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
