Retail turnover of Apranga grew by 17% in March y-o-y

Retail turnover (including VAT) of the Apranga Group amounted to LTL 45.9 million (EUR 13.3 million) in March 2014, and has increased by 16.6% comparing to March 2013, says the company in a statement, cites LETA/ELTA.

The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga Group has made LTL 132.9 million (EUR 38.5 million) in January through March 2014 or by 12.3% more than in 2013.

 

In January-March 2014, the retail turnover of the Apranga Group in Lithuania increased by 7.3% year-to-year, in Latvia increased 28.5% and in Estonia 8.7%.

 

During the first quarter 2014, Apranga Group opened 5 new stores (Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger and Desigual in Vilnius, and Weekend MaxMara with Moskito in Riga), 1 reconstructed (Bershka in Klaipeda) and closed 1 store (Mango Touch in Vilnius).

 

Currently Apranga Group operates the chain of 152 stores (94 in Lithuania, 43 in Latvia and 15 in Estonia) covering the gross area of 70.4 thousand sq. m., or by 4.5% more than at the end of 1st quarter 2013.
