Tallinn stock exchange climbed higher in Q3
Out of the 13 companies listed in the main list of the Tallinn bourse, the share prices of 8 gained in the third quarter.
Wood industry Skano did the bests, as its shares gained 22.6% in three months.
Three more companies posted a growth of more than 10% – construction company Merko 13.4%, media concern Ekspress Grupp 11.2% and electrical fittings producer Harju Elekter 10.4%.
Casino operator Olympic Entertainment Group shares gained 7.1%, water company Tallinna Vesi 3%, real estate company Arco Vara 2.4% and shipping concern Tallink 1.7%.
The list of fallers included fashion industry Baltika, whose shares fell by 23.4%, food industry Premia with 3.9% fall, lingerie company Silvano with 3%, retail trade concern Tallinna Kaubamaja with 3% and construction company Nordecon with 2.7%.
Last year, OMXT gained 38%. In the first nine months of this year, it has gained 13.9%.
