Lithuania’s City Service wins tender on management services in Poland

A tender to manage municipal apartments, territories and other premises in Poznan, Poland, was won by ZZN, a part of Lithuania-based property management company City Service group, reported LETA the company City Service.

ZZN will manage a total apartment, territories and other premises area of 1.35 million square meters. The contract shall be signed for the term of four years; value of contract is PLN 24.7 million.

 

In Poland, we see huge opportunities of organic expansion and we are successful in embracing these opportunities, as tender in Poznan confirms.
