Aeroflot to launch Moscow-Tallinn flights in October

The Russia-based air carrier Aeroflot – Russian Airlines is about to start flights to Estonia's capital Tallinn along with other destinations as it switches to winter schedule in 2012, BBN reports referring to a statement made by the company's CEO Vitaly Savelyev in his Twitter account.

"We will open flights to Bologna in September and to Tallinn and Miami in October 2012. Another 13 destinations will follow, including Toronto, Lyon and Alicante," Savelyev said.

 

Aeroflot is the largest Russian passenger air carrier whose main shareholder is the government with a holding of 51.17%, writes LETA.

 

As reported, Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair has closed seven routes out of ten from Tallinn.
