Estonian government doubles support for starting farmers

Print versionEstonian Cabinet amended 2007-2013 Rural Development Plan to provide additional finance in amount of five million euros to Estonian farmers who are just starting out in the business, the Estonian national broadcasting corporation ERR said in a report.

The support will be provided to less than 40 farmers, writes LETA.
To perform the measure, two programs of less importance will have their budgets cut by 2.5 million euros each.
