RBSSKALS to build five-star Hyatt hotel in Minsk

Print versionThe Latvian construction company RBSSKALS will build a five-star hotel in Belarus' capital Minsk, reports LETA with reference to the newspaper "Biznes&Baltija".

USD 100 million (LVL 51.3 million) will be invested in the "Hyatt Regency" Hotel project and RBSSKALS will be its general contractor.
The 44,500 square meter complex will have 243 rooms and will also include two restaurants, a cafe, a bar, a tea room, a casino, a nightclub, a SPA, a sports hall, conference rooms and a parking lot.
"Hyatt Regency's" architectural solution was developed by the British company "Reardon Smith Architects", while the projects itself was developed by local architects.
The hotel in Minsk will be a part of the "Hyatt" chain with 220 hotels in 40 countries. The new hotel will open next year.
