BC, Vilnius, 07.08.2020.Print version
LOT Polish Airlines is relaunching flights between Vilnius and London City in late August, informed LETA/BNS.
Embraer 190 aircraft will operate the route up to 12 times per week as of August 31, the company said in a press release.
"Following extremely difficult months of quarantine when travel was practically at a standstill, we are observing a growing need for passengers to travel internationally," said LOT CEO Krzysztof Moczulski.
The Polish carrier launched Vilnius-London City flights on May 1, 2019 after winning a tender procedure to operate the route under a special state aid mechanism.
