Rujienas ice cream maker saw 16.7% increase in turnover in 2019

Print versionSIA Rujienas Saldejums ice cream makers achieved EUR 2.71 million in turnover last year, which was 16.7% more than the previous year, writes LETA, according to Firmas.lv.

Meanwhile, the company's profit fell by 23.7% to EUR 306,927.
According to the company's annual report, Rujienas Saldejums renovated production facilities and carried out interior repairs last year.
In 2019, the company participated in exhibitions in France, Poland, as well as in the United Kingdom, and at the end of the year signed cooperation agreements with 24 EU countries for this year.
In 2018, the turnover of Rujienas Saldejums was EUR 2.322 million, which was by 78.3% more than the previous year, and the company earned a profit of EUR 402,521 as opposed to the losses a year earlier.
Rujienas Saldejums was founded in 2009 and is fully owned by Igors Miezis.
