The upturn was influenced by favourable weather
conditions allowing to continue work on the started projects and start new ones
earlier.
Compared to the corresponding
period of the previous year, output rise in civil engineering was significantly
affected by the increase in construction of water projects and construction of
other civil engineering projects not elsewhere classified (of 41.5%), as well
as construction of roads and railways (25.5%).
