Estonian airport co announces EUR 14 mln tender for Parnu airport reconstruction

The state-owned airport company AS Tallinna Lennujaam has announced a procurement to find the company to perform reconstruction works at the airport of Parnu and build a new hangar on the premises for an estimated 14 mln euros, writes LETA/BNS.
The procurement concerns works to reconstruct the airstrip, the apron and taxiways, designing and installation of a new lighting system and apron lighting, construction of a hangar for the airport's rescue and service equipment, establishment of a container refueling station area and building of perimeter roads of the administrative territory, it appears from the tender announcement.
The objective of the project is to bring the infrastructure of Parnu airport into accordance with international norms and standards, ensure air safety and improve the airport's environmental condition.
The final date of submissions is the morning of Feb. 26, the tender contract will be signed for 14 months.
