he deal was registered with the Lithuanian Center of Registers on Dec. 27, Gediminas Saudargas, Autoerdve's sole owner, confirmed it without disclosing the deal's value.
The vz.lt business news website reported last year that the past few years have been really tough for Nippon Auto as the enterprise suffered six-digit losses, selling as few as around 200 cars a year.
Autoerdve actively pursued the right to officially represent Subaru in Lithuania in the past decade, competing against Japonisku Markiu Automobiliu Centras (JMAC).
