Euronics Latvia turnover increases by 14.4% in 2017

Electrical retailer Euronics Latvia turned over EUR 26.777 million last year, a 14.4% increase on 2016, while the company's profit decreased 4.9% to EUR 625,800, writes LETA, according to Firmas.lv.

Euronics Latvia management report says that the company attained all of its goals last year, which contributed to higher turnover.


Last June, Euronics store at the shopping mall Alfa was reconstructed to double the store's retail area and expand the range of goods sold at the store. In the meantime, the company's marketing budget remained at the 2016 level last year.


Euronics Latvia management is planning to further increase the company's turnover 15% this year, as well as to open a new store in Riga and improve efficiency of the existing stores. Also this year, customer service will be improved, investments will be made into the development of e-commerce and brand popularization.


In 2016, Euronics Latvia posted EUR 23.402 million in turnover and EUR 657,983 in profit.


Euronics Latvia was founded in 2006, the company's share capital is EUR 2,840 and its sole owner is the Estonia-registered company Raglor.
