EU – Baltic States, Good for Business, Latvia, Real Estate

Euromoney has been conducting its real estate survey for the 13th year, and its goal is to name the best real estate developers in 75 countries of the world. Respondents of the survey are investors, financial institutions, developers, consultants and end-users.

"We are happy for the Euromoney award because the high assessment has been given by the sector’s professionals, cooperation partnes and customers. For more than ten years we have been developing different residential house projects, and more than 1,000 families are already living in our buildings," said Merks board chairman Oskars Ozolins.

Merks, founded in 1996, offers construction services in the fields of general construction, civil engineering and residential construction. Estonian Merko Ehitus fully owns Merks through a subsidiary Osauhing Merko Investments.
