Revenue of Estonian A. Le Coq increased by 6% in H1

The sales revenue of the Estonian beverage maker A. Le Coq in the first six months of this year increased 6% on year to 43.8 million euros, while the volume of beverages sold by the company grew 3.1% to 67.2 million liters, reports LETA/BNS.

A. Le Coq in the second quarter of 2017 sold 41.5 million liters of beverages, 5.7% more than in the second quarter of 2016. Revenue in the second quarter increased 7.9% on year to 27.2 million euros, it appears from the interim report of A. Le Coq's Finnish parent group Olvi.

 

Operating profit of the company in the second quarter of 2017 totaled 7 million euros, while operating profit for the first half-year was 9.5 million euros, marking a year-over-year increase of 15.1% and 12%, respectively.

 

Olvi Group in the second quarter of this year sold a total of 198.2 million liters of beverages or 4.6% more than the year before, while in the first six months the group sold 328.6 million liters or 7.3% more than during the first six months of 2016.


The group's sales revenue in the second quarter of 2017 totaled 108.9 million euros and in the first half-year 180.1 million euros, marking a year-over-year increase of 11.3% and 12.5%, respectively.

 

Operating profit of the group in the second quarter of this year totaled 19 million euros, while operating profit in the first six months amounted to 25.2 million euros, showing an increase of 22.2% and 26.3%, respectively, compared to the year before.
