Apranga increases sales by 4.4% in 7 months

Apranga, the largest Baltic clothing retailer controlled by MG Baltic concern, posted 118.3 million euros (including VAT) in retail sales in the first seven months of this year, up by 4.4% year-on-year, informs LETA/BNS.
In July alone, the group's retail sales went up by an annual 0.6% to 19
million euros, the company said via the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange on
Tuesday.
Apranga's
retail sales in Lithuania increased by 3.9% in the January-July
period this year from the same period of 2016, while turnover in Latvia grew by
2.5% in Estonia by 9%.
The group operates a chain of 18 1 stores in the three Baltic states, with
total area 84, 400 square meters (up by 4. 2% year-on-year). The chain includes
105 stores in Lithuania, in addition to 47 and 29 stores in Latvia and Estonia,
respectively.
The company's shares are quoted on the blue-chip Main List of Nasdaq stock
exchange.
