airBaltic flies 19% more passengers in January-May
From January until May, airBaltic has transported a record
number of passengers – 146,116 customers from Estonia, the highest number since
the beginning of operations in Estonia. In the meantime, airBaltic has
transported 136,270 passengers from Lithuania throughout its network spanning
across Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East.
“We are happy that more and more customers from Lithuania
and Estonia are choosing airBaltic as their home carrier. We offer the best
connectivity in and out of Estonia and Lithuania, as airBaltic serves a
combination of direct flights and convenient transfers via our main hub in Riga
to Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East and the CIS,” said Wolfgang Reuss, SVP of Network Management of airBaltic.

60 destinations from its home base in Riga, Latvia. In addition, airBaltic also
offers direct flights from Tallinn and Vilnius.
