Latvia's Ditton PKR motor chain company joins Latgale Special Economic Zone

The company representatives said that based on the decision of Ditton PKR shareholders, and in line with the decision of Supervisory Committee of Latgale Special Economic Zone dated with April 25, 2017, Ditton PKR territory has been included in Latgale Special Economic Zone. The decision takes affect on May 16, 2017.
The shareholders on February 15 decided to assign the management board to execute all the necessary procedures to obtain the status of the capital company of Latgale Special Economic Zone.
As reported, Ditton PKR closed the first nine months of last year with EUR 5.233 mln in sales, up 6.7% from the respective period last year, while the company’s loss dropped several times to EUR 136,457.
Ditton PKR is quoted on the NASDAQ OMX Riga Secondary List.The company's key shareholders are several individuals.
