BC, Tallinn, 30.03.2017.Print version
Estonian-owned real estate investment management company Capital Mill plans to invest 3.3 mln euros in a major renovation of a Rimi store in Vilnius, with YIT Kausta, a leading Lithuanian building company, expected to complete the work by late September, reports LETA/BNS.
"Renovation of commercial buildings in Lithuania is stagnating compared with the robust growth in the office segment," said Marko Kull, a partner at Capital Mill.
"Following the reconstruction, the Rimi store will change its format to become a Hyper Rimi," he said.
Capital Mill is investing in commercial real estate projects in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The company has invested 350 mln euros in the Baltic countries, with a fourth of the money invested in Lithuania.
