Pica Lulu to invest EUR 300,000 to open new pizzerias

Print versionLater Ltd, which operates the Latvian pizzeria chain Pica Lulu, plans to invest EUR 300,000 in the coming months to open four new pizzerias in Riga and Adazi, the company informed LETA.

The new pizzerias will be opened on Dzelzavas street 72, Karlis Ulmanis Gatve 114/1, and Kurzemes prospekts 21 in Riga, as well as on Gaujas Street 8 in Adazi.
As the company's co-owner Elmars Tanis admitted, 2016 was a successful year for the company, as it reached EUR 5.38 mln in turnover, which was by 1% more than the previous year.
He said that after the expansion of the pizzeria chain this year, there will be a total of 11 Pica Lulu pizzerias in Riga and the surrounding area. He also said that the company plans on opening franchises outside of Latvia as well.
