Merks starts Gailezera Nami residential development project in Riga

Print versionLatvian construction company Merks has started a residential development, Gailezera Nami, in Mezciems area in Riga, Estonia's Merko Ehitus, the parent company of Merks, said in a statement to the Tallinn stock exchange.

The development includes six apartment buildings with 192 apartments located between Liduma, Gailezera and Hipokrata streets in Riga.
As a first phase, the company will start the construction of three 9-storey buildings with 96 apartments, each with 2-4 rooms. The first phase is to be completed at the end of 2017.
Merks, founded in 1996, offers construction services in the fields of general construction, civil engineering and residential construction. Merko Ehitus fully owns Merks through a subsidiary Osauhing Merko Investments.
