EUR 1.7 mln to be invested in modernization of Sky&More shopping center in Riga
It is planned to build 23 new stores, upgrade restaurants, modernize the facade of the shopping center and develop a new corporate identity for it.
In particular, F&More fashion and accessories store which currently takes up the area of 1,500 square meters will be expanded to 3,000 square meters by fall. The store will be offering products of popular brands such as Luisa Cerano, Joop, Strellson, Lagerfeld, Laurel, Calvin Klein Jeans, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess by Marciano, Superdry, Bugatti, Daniel Hechter, Kennet Street etc.
"We have already started preparing for the celebration of the shopping center’s 10th anniversary next year by launching major renovation which includes visual change of the facade and expansion of the assortment to offer a vast choice of both high-end and middle-end brands,” the director of Sky&More said.
Sky&More belongs to SM Fashion that was founded in 2009. According to Firmas.lv, SM Fashion turnover in 2015 was EUR 818,114 compared to EUR 723,722 in 2014, and its loss increased to EUR 108,380 from EUR 52,929 in 2014.
