Investments in tangible fixed assets in Lithuania grew by 10% in 9 months

Investments in tangible fixed assets in Lithuania totaled 3.98 billion euros in the first nine months of the year 2015, a rise of 10% from the same period last year, preliminary data from Statistics Lithuanian showed on Wednesday, cites LETA/BNS.
In the third quarter alone, investments in tangible fixed assets in Lithuania's territory grew by 11.9% year-on-year to 1.528 billion euros, the statistics office said.

More than half
of all investment funds (866 million euros) accounted for construction and civil
engineering, compared to the year 2014, these investments in the third quarter increased
by 2.8%.
Investments in vehicles, equipment and transport vehicles accounted for 37% of
total investments (563 million euros), or by 27% more than in the corresponding
quarter of 2014.
