Latvia's mobile payment application Monea set to enter Lithuania and Estonia

Monetizator, a Latvian start-up that has developed the mobile payment application Monea, plans to enter the Lithuanian and Estonian markets after raising 800,000 euros in financing for expansion, reports LETA/BNS.

Monetizator is Latvia's first licensed payment institution that offers money transfers without creating an account and develops money transfer tools.

EVP International, which owns the mobile wallet Paysera, and WoraPay now operate in Lithuania's mobile payment market.
