Dominari, a Lithuanian company owned by Swiss-registered Dominari Holding SA, looks set to become one of the largest furniture factories not only in Lithuania, but also in Eastern Europe, with plans to have over 110,000 square meters of premises in the first stage of expansion, Verslo Zinios reported on November 5th.

Dominari Group CEO Eugenijus Gvalda would not comment on the company's expansion plans, but sources have told the business paper that a foam production unit, construction on which started a year ago, is expected to be launched in December, writes LETA/BNS.

Further plans call for building a furniture production unit and a logistics center. With the company's managers speaking about new technologies and a new furniture production direction, further investments might be made after the first stage is completed.

According to information from the Center of Registers, Dominari has been growing at a fast rate in recent years: from 32 million euros in 2011 to a targeted 54 million euros this year. Last year alone, its sales revenue jumped by 29% to 53 million euros.
