Net profit of Klaipedos Nafta increases by 158% in H1

Print versionState company Klaipedos Nafta net profit for the 6 months of 2015 amounts to EUR 9,458 thousand and is higher by 157.7% compared to the same period of 2014 – EUR 3,670 thousand, informs LETA/ELTA.

Profit before tax, interest and depreciation (EBITDA) for the 6 months of 2015 is higher by 131.2%, comparing to the same period of 2014, and comprise EUR 17,822 thousand, the Company reports.
The sales revenues of the Company for the 6 months of 2015 comprise to EUR 53,871 thousand; it has increased by 3.2 times compared to the same period of 2014 – EUR 16,726 thousand.
The financial results and profitability for the first half of 2015 comparing to the same period of 2014 has significantly increased because of significantly increased (by 37.8% to 3.33 million tons) petroleum products transhipment volume and the commenced activity of the Liquefied Natural Gas terminal.
