BC, Riga, 17.08.2015.Print version
Joint-stock metallurgical company KVV Liepajas metalurgs continues to expand its export markets and intends to hire approximately 200 new employees in the coming months, the company informed LETA.

As the company's board member Igor Talanov explains, KVV Liepajas metalurgs has good preconditions for strengthening exports at the moment.

''We currently have favorable contracts signed with those supplying our raw materials, and we have been successful in bypassing intermediaries in supplying our products,'' Talanov said. ''Our new export possibilities will allow us to employ between 150 to 200 new persons in the coming months, so that we are capable of expanding our production output,'' he said.

At the moment, the company employs 540 persons, even though this past May the company had employed up to 960 persons.
