RBSSKALS Group's consolidated turnover grew by 21.2% in 2014

Consolidated turnover of the construction company RBSSKALS in 2014 exceeded the 2013 level by 21.2%, reaching EUR 74.75 million. Turnover in Latvia and the European Union (EU) amounted to EUR 65.74 million; outside the EU – EUR 9.01 million, as LETA was informed by Ieva Vaverniece, a representative of RBSSKALS.

RBSSKALS Group's net profit last year reached EUR 1.34 million.

 

The company continued exports to Belarus, Estonia, and France (17.35% of the turnover).

 

Distribution in RBSSKALS main activities is as follows – EUR 68 million in construction and construction projects, EUR 6.75 million – in management. The average number of employees at the company in 2014 was 608, of whom 379 worked in construction and 229 in management.

 

The largest projects implemented by RBSSKALS in Latvia in 2014: participating in construction of the Latvian National Library; Faculty of Chemistry of the Riga Technical University; rounds 2, 3, and 4 of a reconstruction project at Liepaja Regional Hospital; Liepaja State Technical College; reconstruction of Malta 1st and 2nd High Schools; residential complex "Legend"; and many others.

 

RBSSKALS was founded in 1992, when construction companies RBS Projekts and Skals Solid merged.
