The Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) has officially given permission to 11 Latvian fish processing companies to begin exports to China, writes LETA.

"Following Agriculture Minister Janis Duklavs' (Greens/Farmers) visit in Shanghai, we received an official resolution from the official Chinese institution today, indicating that 11 Latvian fish processing companies are now officially included on the list of importers," the Agriculture Ministry's representative Rigonda Krievina informed LETA.

As reported, State Food and Veterinary Service Director Maris Balodis previously indicated that every company that wants to export its products to China must be included in China's relevant register of entities.
