Klaipedos Nafta boosts net profit by 124% in 3 months

Print versionState Company Klaipedos Nafta net profit for the 3 months of 2015 amounts to EUR 4,473,000 or higher by 124% when compared to the same period of 2014 – EUR 1,997,000, reports LETA/ELTA.

Profit before tax, interest and depreciation (EBITDA) for the 3 months of 2015 is lower by 117.1%, comparing to the same period of 2014, and comprises EUR 9,061,000, the company said in a statement.
The sales income of the company for the 3 months of 2015 comprises EUR 26,614,000; it has increased by 197.6% if compared to the same period of 2014 – EUR 8,944,000.
The financial results and profitability for the first quarter of 2015 comparing to the same period of 2014 has increased because of commenced activity of the Liquefied Natural Gas terminal and increased transhipment volume of the petroleum products.
