Tallink experiences 1% increase in passenger numbers in April

Print versionEstonia's biggest passenger shipping company AS Tallink Grupp informed the Tallinn stock exchange that in April 2015, it transported 714,895 passengers which is nearly a 1% increase compared to April 2014, informs LETA.

The number of cargo units increased over 1% to 26,245 units and the number of passenger vehicles increased more than 9% to 87,283 in the same comparison.
The number of passengers on the Finland-Sweden route increased by 1% in April as compared to April last year.
On the Estonia-Finland route, the April year-on-year growth was 7.8% on the Estonia-Sweden route the April fall was 3.1%; on the Latvia-Sweden route, the April fall was 35.5%.
