Wizz Air launches flights from Riga to Liverpool

Print versionThe low-fare airline Wizz Air has launched flights from Riga International Airport to Liverpool, UK, the airport informed LETA.

Flights Riga-Liverpool-Riga as of April 24 are operated twice a week – Mondays and Fridays, by aircraft "Airbus A320".
As reported, last year, Wizz Air announced bringing a second "Airbus A320" aircraft to the Riga Airport. For the summer season of 2015, the airline has increased the number of flights to some of its most popular destinations. Flights to London take place 11 times a week, while to Doncaster Sheffield – three times a week.
Wizz Air now offers flights to a total of 11 destinations in six countries.
