Lithuania's TEO introduces Cinema Club for smart TVs

BC, Vilnius, 08.04.2015.Print version
Lithuania's IT and telecommunications company TEO introduces a new service for smart television viewers called Cinema Club. For the price of one cinema ticket, TEO will offer minimum 50 carefully selected and well-rated films of various categories for home viewing per month, the company reported LETA/ELTA.

TEO licence guarantees to the Cinema Club members that they will see the latest films much earlier than regular television subscribers.

"Working people usually can afford about two and a half hours for entertainment and leisure per day. Therefore, selected films available to Cinema Club smart television subscribers guarantee quality content, save time and family budget. Over two thirds of TEO smart television subscribers still use home movie rental service," said Vilma Marciuleviciute, head of TEO Product and Business Development Unit.

Viewers can choose not only from foreign but also from Lithuanian films, such as Kaip Pavogti Zmona (How to Steal a Wife) and Losejas (The Gambler)..
